Cheminvest holds promoter's shares in Max India . The NAV of Cheminvest is many times more thn Rs. 2 ( Face Value Re. 1 ) being offered .
It is very strange that while Buy Back offers from Promoters ( at a fraction of NAV ) are duly received by the share holders of Cheminvest Limited but Annual Report are not.
What shall we do if i am holding shares of chemnivest
