Bharat Nidhi Ltd :Some Company Managements like Reliance have been taking advantage of the route of forming limited partnerships now permitted to shift and readjust hidden valueable assets of their subsidiaries which may result in dnying benefit of such high hidden value to their shareholders. Is ther such a possibility in the case of Bharat Nidhi Ltd also adversely affecting its value and price southwards.? Can any of the readers throw any light on this aspect ?

2-G scam people may be included in Management board of TMB. So be aware of price manipulation.
