No one in any way condones the recent extreme acts against politicians etc.
But there should be introspection regarding why in the common man feeling so desperate and frustrated . Surely , this is Independent India . Why has the Democracy become what people are calling " Loot Tantra instead of Lok Tantra ? This is not the way our Constitution was supposed to function. Is the credibility and trust gap between the so called Rulers ( Babu and the Neta ) same as was in British times ?
Every politician is condemning .
Netas should be popular and not feel scared of facing the common man.
Overcharging Petrol consumers , electricity at double rates , Free electricity to some ,on Vote Bank basis , Octroi ( Choongi ) on Petrol and Electricity ( for Paid Customers ) ,Penal Rate ( Commercial ) for Urban business men electricity consumers Mushrooming Toll Plazas where even a Nano motorist pays the same Toll as a BMW are going to very important issues for the Middle Class . The Middle Class ( post Anna Hazare ) has become the latest and the most powerful Vote Bank .
Middle Class is the ultimate payer of Vote Bank freebies and now has started demanding justice for its hard work.

Why Punish Investors in Petrol Price Roll Back ?

If the roll back of petrol is at the cost of investors then it is very poor administrative policy of the Government. Without taxes Petrol costs less than Rs. 23 per liter. Instead of penalizing the investors , Governments ( both Centre And State especially Punjab ) should reduce their taxes ( around 200 % of base price ). Further , Vote Bank considerations have made Governments decontrol only petrol . The entire burden of under recoveries is put on petrol and diesel etc is left untouched . Governments should form policies on economics and not vote bank considerations .
Common Man uses Petrol ( in scooters , motorcycles , Maruti 800 , Nano etc ). Expensive cars use diesel. Common man should not be made to pay for the luxuries of the Rich

Should Govt. Rescue Kingfisher Airlines ?
In the present day regime of free enterprise businesses and companies like Kingfisher should be left to market forces . However , aviation fuel etc. should be provided to all airlines at International rates and Govt should reduce its heavy taxes on them.
( Vijay Mallya seems to be having adequate resources to rescue Kingfisher .
( Once during the Great recession of 1920 s Sir Dorabji Tata pledged family jewelery to pay on time salaries etc ) of Tata Steel ( then known as Tata Iron And Steel Company Limited ).

Sir Dorab's commitment to his father's vision and values was so strong that he staked his personal fortune to save the steel venture when, in 1924, it slipped into trouble. His business sense and audacity had seen the company undertaking a five-fold expansion programme in the post-World War I period. Spiralling costs combined with transport and labour difficulties in the West upset Sir Dorab’s calculations. At about this time, the company’s largest pig iron customer, Japan, was struck by an earthquake and steel prices tumbled.
It got to a point when there was not enough money to pay his workers’ wages. Sir Dorab pledged his entire personal fortune worth, about Rs1 crore and including his wife’s personal jewellery, to obtain a loan. Tata Iron and Steel secured support from unexpected quarters — among those backing the company were Jawaharlal Nehru and Mohammed Ali Jinnah, the future leaders of independent India and Pakistan — and it survived the crisis.

If there was a delay in flight take off , a SMS had to sent to Vijay Mallya and an explanation . Vijay Mallya had created tremendous share holder value ( a quantum increase in share valuation in United Breweries by bold reorganisation and bringing in as partners internationally reputed brewers . Petrol Price Reduction Should Not Be Cosmetic- Punjab Rate Should Be Same as Haryana
There are some reports that next week there may a reduction a token reduction of around Re. 1 Per Liter of Petrol
The reduction should be much more as petrol ( unlike diesel ) is mainly used by the common man ( in scooters , motorcycles , Maruti 800 , Nano etc. ) Expensive vehicles use diesel. Due to Vote Bank politics diesel prices are not touched . This leaves the common man to bear the burden of rich man's luxuries.
