SOL Pharma , to the best of our knowledge , merged with Nicholas Health
Notice was ordered for Sol Pharma to wind-up. It was certainly not merged with Nicholas.

Sol was in process of liquidation, Sumitra Pharma merged with Nicholas.

Information of merger of Sumitra Pharma with Nicholas not correct as I checked in BSE website
Nicholas entered into a scheme of arrangement with Sumitra
Pharmaceutical and Chemicals Ltd, Hyderabad. Under the
scheme bulk drug division of SPCL shall stand transferred and vested in the Company effective April 95
