Why Punish Investors of Sistema Tele - And Other Telecom Investors ? Punish Real Culprits

Telecom Licences Scandal reminds one of another High Profile Scandal of the Early 1990 s that of Harshad Mehta . It was less of Harshad Mehta Per Se Scam than that of Banks Securities Scam . There was , as usual , a Political Angle ( Pl ref : Large Suitcase )All the Indian Banks were , at that time , Goverrnment owned But when the investigations  proceeded  , all the blame was put on Harshad Mehta. Mehta was made the Sole Scapegoat and the Big Bull died in Thane Jail under suspicious circumstances at the young  age of 47 .

Similarly , why punish the Investors and mobile subscribers of Sistema Tele and other companies . This is grossly unfair .Get the real Culprits . Punish A. Raja ( if  found guilty -Attach all his properties . ).

Government should protect the interests of Investors . Investors are also becoming  a Vote Bank ( like Farmers ).
