Physically Handicapped Indians -Worst Exploited

Salman Khurshid  episode highlights the plight of the Physically Handicapped Indians who are being taken for a ride. 

There should be a separate electorate for Physically Handicapped ( where Physically Handicapped would elect their own MP s / MLA s ). 

Physically Handicapped Indians should be given deemed SC / ST status ( as they  are truly the weaker sections of the Society ).

 Physically Handicapped should be exempted at Highway Toll Plazas .

In Punjab where Electricity is given free to Rural Landlords ( many owning Land worth thousands of crores ) and on Caste basis. But no relief to Physically Handicapped Punjabis as they are not considered to be a Vote Bank.
