Justice For Capt Saurabh Kalia ( Kargil Hero )

We greatly respect Capt. Saurabh Kalia `s supreme sacrifice for our Motherland . We also respect his father Dr. NK Kalia `s feelings for Justice.

 But the harsh reality is that Pakistan would never admit that they committed the horrific torture . Hence , they would never apologise.

We Indians who feel so strongly about the martyrdom of Capt. Kalia should institute a Scholarship in his name for a budding Armed Forces Officer ( preparing him for NDA ) in any of the Sainik Schools. The Scholarship Citation should give all the details of the circumstances of Capt Kalia`s sacrifice.

Deemed SC / ST status For Physically Handicapped Indians


Physically Handicapped are truly the Weakest Section of Society and they should be given Deemed SC / ST status.

In Punjab Physically Handicapped are not getting , at present a Single Paisa relief in :

Electricity
Petrol 
Property Tax 
Toll Tax Plazas 
Car Registration etc etc
Commercial ( Penal ) Category connection for Physically Handicapped even if a Handicapped works from his Home.

Physically Handicapped are asking for  an amendment to the Constitution of India for  a Separate Electorate for the Handicapped so that they become  an effective Vote Bank.( 10 % of MP / MLA / MC seats should be reserved for the Handicapped which candidates would be elected only by the Handicapped by Online Voting )
