In 1984 United Breweries Group ( Vittal Mallya legacy ) were the Indian partners of Cadbury India ( then known as Hindustan Cocoa Products ) and Hoechst India .
Kissan Products ( now owned by Hindustan Unilever ) was owned by Cadbury Schweppes ( Now Kraft / Mondelez ) and Indian partners were UnitedBreweries
Tata Motors ( then known as TELCO -Tata Engingeering And Locomotice Co. Limited ) was then around 10 % owned by Daimler Banz ( Mercedes )
