Give Reservation Benefit to the Really Deserving

Devyani Khobragade 's father Uttam Khobragade is a retired IAS officcer ( Elite Class One Cadre ).

The biggest irony is that Super Privileged take the benefit of Reservation generation after generation. Thus they deny an opportunity to the really deserving in their own community. No qualms . Pre 1947 , we had a Manu mandated superior castes order based on Birth. Later another super class again based on Birth.

Creamy Layer should not get the benefit of Reservation. The benefit should be made available to the really deserving ( Non Creamy )
