It is very surprising that Govt. is planning to take away from Courts ' jurisdiction Cheque Bounce cases just to reduce the number of cases pending in courts.

This is a negative move. Govt. should create more courts and made the Courts functioning quicker. e cannot do away with laws just because we cannot manage them
