It is very ironic that the , now , Delisted MNC ,Denso India Limited is going ahead with Compulsory Buy back ( Selective Reduction of Non Promoter Share Capital - ( Case currently pending with Hon'ble Delhi High Court ) although Denso India has no funds for this.
To raise funds for compulsorily throwing out Loyal Non Promoter shareholders , Denso India is issuing Equity Shares on Preferential basis to Promoters , Denso Corporation. Japan.
How Desperate ?
Denso India has ignored the request of not to proceed with this Anti Small Share holder move.
Are small Non Promoter Share Holders Class IV employees ?
