Dr. Ambedkar had sought reservations only for One generation ( i.e. 25 years from implementation of Constitution ). It is the Creamy Layer which has hijacked this provision and this CREAMY LAYER denies the benefit to the really deserving ( Non Creamy Layer ) with in their community . No qualms
