AMRIT BANK LIMITED - 3 Branches- One at Khanna
The bank was established in the year 1935 and has a licence under Section 22 of the Banking Companies Act to carry on banking business.
Its authorised, issued and subscribed capital is Rs. 5,00,000 and 60 per cent. of the capital has been paid.
Thus the paid-up capital is Rs. 3,00,000. Apart from head office and branch office at Amritsar, the bank has two branches, one at Gurdaspur and the other at Khanna in the State of Punjab.
To the Best our knowledge, Amrit Bank merged with State Bank of Patiala.
