NSE ( National Stock Exchange ) is in the process of an IPO ( So is BSE ).

Pre IPO bulk deals are reported to be taking place @ Rs. 4000-Rs. 4050 ( with State Bank of India , IDBI Bank as sellers )

It is learnt that investors that are interested in buying stake in the bourse include Rakesh Jhunjhunwala's RARE Enterprises, as well as Fairfax, Amansa, India Value Fund and NewQuest bid.
