BENGALURU: Property developer Embassy Group has agreed to buy Mac Charles(India) Ltd, which owns the Le Meridien hotel in Bengaluru, for Rs 644.3 crore in cash.
Embassy is offering Rs 670 per share, a premium of 29% to Mac Charles' Friday closing price. As part of the deal, Embassy has agreed to buy 96.1 lakh shares of the company, which represents 73.41% of the fully paid up share capital of Mac Charles.

Mac Charles - Rs.670/ Share- Is it Full Consideration ?

Regarding the deal of Le Meridian Pune, Pardhanini has shown it as disputed deal, which after 2 years he shows that the company got back the amount of investment (only) in a settlement without any interest/dividend/penalty.
But the sale of promoter's (Pardhanini) complete holding in the company to another Jitu Verwani creates a big doubt.
Has any other big amount ,also , changed hands ?
He has made a similar settlement in Pune case where he shown up recovery of invested amount only, which is impossible in the case of real-estate value within two years becomes double.
