There is discussion going on in Investors ' Circles that Mac Charles India would see Value Unlocking , may be by way of Mergers / Demergers .
Investors feel that may be the quoted market price may exceed the offer rate.

Mac Charles - Rs.670/ Share- Is it Full Consideration ?
An Investor Writes
Regarding the deal of Le Meridian Pune, Pardhanini has shown it as disputed deal, which after 2 years he shows that the company got back the amount of investment (only) in a settlement without any interest/dividend/penalty.
But the sale of promoter's (Pardhanini) complete holding in the company to another Jitu Verwani creates a big doubt.
Has any other big amount ,also , changed hands ?
He has made a similar settlement in Pune case where he shown up recovery of invested amount only, which is impossible in the case of real-estate value within two years becomes double.
