As I was in Delhi in those days , I remember two points being discussed then about the deal :-

1 ) It was rumoured that for the first time in their history money may have changed hands for expediting clearances

2 ) That the project was on BOT basis 1.e. Build , Operate and ultimately to be Transferred to NDMC.
