31/03/17 List or Delist Deadline For Exclusively Listed Companies

As per SEBI guidelines Exclusively Regional Stock Exchange listed companies like  Mansingh Hotels has either to Relist in NSE / BSE or Delist by offering the shareholders a fair value.

Such companies have to take a decision on Listing / Exit Route by 31/03/2017 as per SEBI deadline
