In order  to comply with Listing requirements of minimum 25% public shareholding , the Company passed a Resolution ,in 2013,for a liberal Bonus in the ratio of 31 : 20 ONLY TO NON PROMOTERS.

But some Promoters objected and filed Court Cases.

Bonus Issue Resolution  For Non Promoter Shareholders  was passed in EGM 23 /07/2013 - But No Bonus Issue Made

So , in SEBI , in December 2014 , confirmed the delisting Interim Order of 2013 , thereby  causing grave inconvenience to its shareholders in Buying /Selling its shares
