U P Hotels Pays 10% Dividend For 2015-16. No Annual Report

Couple of months back, U P Hotels had paid 10% Dividend for the financial year 2014-15. No Annual Report then also.

What is happening ?

Utter confusion.

Shareholders suffering.

Bonus Issue declared 3 years ago. But Bonus shares not yet received.

UP Hotels to Hold Pending AGM s on 31/03/2017

UP Hotels Limited was earlier listed on the BSE.


UP Hotels owns the flourishing chain of CLARKS group of Hotels.

In order  to comply with Listing requirements of minimum 25% public shareholding , the Company passed a Resolution ,in 2013,for a liberal Bonus in the ratio of 31 : 20 ONLY TO NON PROMOTERS.

But some Promoters objected and filed Court Cases.

Bonus Issue Resolution  For Non Promoter Shareholders  was passed in EGM 23 /07/2013 - But No Bonus Issue Made

So , in SEBI , in December 2014 , confirmed the delisting Interim Order of 2013 , thereby  causing grave inconvenience to its shareholders in Buying /Selling its shares
