Maninder Pandher Was a Very Well Behaved Fellow Stephanian

All educational institutions , especially , well known like St. Stephen's College, Delhi have Old Students' Associations.

But do these Associations only remember only their Successful .Ex School  /College mates and conveniently forget about those who may not have done so well in their later lives and may be in need of some support.

.In 1975 ,Pandher was my senior fellow resident student in St. Stephen's College, Delhi ( same Rudra South Block ).

I remember him as a quiet , helpful and very well behaved.

I sincerely hope , there is no miscarriage of Justice.
