Question by an Investor
i am holding shares of Bharat Hotels for past many years. Do you have any idea about its current book value, intrinsic value etc. Your valuable views would be appreciated. You are doing great selfless service to us investors,God bless you. Thank you.
blog answer
We are giving link to the Annual Report 2015 16. Bharat Hotels has many hidden assets like subsidiaries,
Hotel companies book value is fraction of present market worth ( replacement value ).
Regarding current market value of shares - very difficult to say.
As a general thumb rule Dealers quotation of Purchase is One Third of the perceived value had it been listed.
So , if Dealers quote Rs. 150 as Buying rate then thy perceive the Stock ExchangeListing price to be Rs.450.
We strongly recommend that yo wait for Relisting to get the best price.
Regards
