I am holding physical shares of Tecil Chemicals and Hydro Power (Formerly known as Travancore Electro-chemicals) as also shares of it's unlisted subsidiary Citric India LTD.
Tecil was listed on BSE but for last many years there was no trading. My attempts to get the shares dematerialize, transferred with in family also failed in the past for both companies.
For many years company has not sent any communication. I understand from a recent news on moneycontrol.com that company is now acquired by new management and there was a public offer made by it as per SEBI guidelines. However neither there was any communication received by me nor there's any trading resumption.
Can you please guide me as to what can be done in such matter.
