COALINDIA : Coal India Limited has informed the Exchange that President of India, acting through and represented by the Ministry of Coal, Government of India has submitted to the Exchange, a copy of Notice for Offer for Sell through Stock Exchange Mechanism proposing to sell 18,62,22,275(3%) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (the "Base Offer Shares") with an option to sell an additional upto 37,24,44,550((6%) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each of Coal India Ltd (the "Company").
Date and time of the opening of the offer for Non-Retail Investors: October 31, 2018 9:15 a.m.
Date and time of the closing of the offer for Non-Retail Investors: October 31, 2018 at 3:30 p.m.
Date and time of the opening of the offer for Retail Investors: November 01, 2018 at 9:15 a.m.
Date and time of the closing of the offer for Retail Investors: November 01, 2018 at 3:30 p.m.
Floor Price for the offer shall be Rs. 266 per equity share.
The retail investors will be allocated offer shares at a discount of 5% to the cutoff
