Delhi Flour Mills holds 32 : 55 % % of Equity of Associate Company DFM Foods ( Crax Brand ) . The market value ,on 31/03/2019 is Rs.354 cr as against Book Value of Rs. 3 cr 26 lakh plus value of land , after revaluation is Rs. 178 cr . ( Capital base of Delhi Flour is only Rs.Equity Capital Re 1 cr 83 lakh

DFM Foods is Rs. 2/- Paid Up.


This could bring a windfall for Delhi Flour Mills ( PLEASE RECHECK THIS POINT )

In 1970s in Delhi Stock Exchange , Delhi Flour Mills share was one of the very few shares in its Forward list.

Others were :-

Century Spinning ( While shouting on the Trading Floor : Eh Century , Century --) 
Hindustan Motors ( Motor an - -Motor an - Liya - Becha and noted in Chopris of Buyers / Sellers )
Modi Spinning 
Rohtas Industries

In those days RIL stood for Rohtas Industries Limited
