The Company is the owner of plot of land situated at Gokhale Road South, Prabhadevi, Mumbai – 400025. The Company has granted Development Rights to one M/s. Real Gem Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. in the year 2009. Since March, 2018 the said Real Gem Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. and the Company have appointed M/s. Kingmaker Developers Pvt. Ltd. a Rustomjee Group company, as the Development Manager of the project, under Development Management Agreement.
The Project is now known as “Rustomjee Crown”
The project Rustomjee Crown consists of 3 high-rise tower viz. Tower A, B &C with prime amenities. Tower A & B being registered with MAHARERA as phase I under Registration No. P51900003268 & Tower C as Phase II under Registration No P5900006367
