DIVIDEND
An Interim Dividend of Rs.100/- per equity share (1000%) and Special Interim Equity Dividend of Rs.800/ per equity
share (8000%) were paid during the financial year ended 31st March, 2020.The Board of Directors had recommended
a final dividend of Rs.100/- per equity share (1000%) for approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
The aggregate of the dividends, amounts to Rs.1000/- per equity share (10000%) for the year ended 31st March, 2020.
