Hindustan Times Limited - Annual Reeport - Not Delivered to Investors

The annual report of "The Hindustan Times Limited" 2019-20 has not been delivered to any shareholder till date. (Whether physical/soft copy) even after 3 reminders to the company. 

 All are requested to put emails to "secretarial.ht@rediffmail.com" along with CC to "edoffice@hindustantimes.com" for getting the annual reports in physical form or soft copy. 

The Hindustan times Limited has always been a defaulter in following the prescribed code of conduct of Companies Act, 2013 .

  So Lets make the company follow the rules by emailing them again and again with reminders. This is just for informational purpose.
