To invest in private market, you have to have a networth of Rs. 2.5 Crore (excluding residential house). You have to be rich to get more rich. Unfortunately middle class have no way to participate in the growth of India startup.

Yes sir, Kotak just launched Pre-IPO fund but the minimum investment investment ticket is one Crore. It's just sad really.
