Vast Textiles was incorporated around 2001 to take over the textile business of   Associated Stone ( Kotah ) Limited whose share holders received in free shares of Vast Textiles.

Since then Vast Textiles has sold its textile unit and has merged with it Edge Hospitality Private Limited w e f 01-04-2011.
