Dalmia Bharat Refractories Insider Trading Disclosures- Very Relevant Questions Raised- Answers Demanded

 We are very grateful o Mr.KR Jayanthilal ji for raising the following issues regarding the recent transactions worth over     Rs. 20 crore on the Metropolitan Stock Exchange

1. Shares were traded from period 27 Dec 2022 to 30 Dec 2022. Trading History is as below:

2.   All the above shares were sold by Mr.Sameer Nagpal, who is the Managing Director of the company.

He was not holding any share as of 30Sep2022 (as per share holding pattern published by the company) and need to know how he is able to sell so many shares.
This huge number of sales is supposed to be a Block Deal and company has to inform the buyer too 

3. The fact to be studied in detail is

.. Not owning any shares on 30Sep2022 , able to own and sell huge quantity of shares between 30Sep2022 and 31Dec2022
This implies that his name will not appear in the Share Holding Pattern details as on 30Sep2022 and 31Dec2022.
... What is the intention of the company?
