First Interim Dividend of ₹ 9/- per equity share of face value of ₹.2/- each was declared by the Board of Directors on April 4, 2023. This Interim Dividend is paid to those shareholders whose names appeared in the Register of Member as on the record date announced by the Company i.e. April 13, 2023
