As per newspaper reports , in the Insolvency proceedings' proposals ,creditors of Birla Tyres are going to take a hair cut i.e. they would not be paid in full.
So as per the law , no value is left for the Equity share holders.
High probability that shares of Non Promoters may simply be cancelled , as happened in the case of Binani Cement,
