Counselling by ACP (retd.) Balkrishna Wagh: We have noticed that
cybercrime in myriad avatars had exploded in the past few months. So we
are happy to announce that we are starting 2024 with a special
one-to-one counseling session with retired assistant police
commissioner, Mr Balkrishna Wagh who has had a long stint of working
with Mumbai's cybercrime cell. He has generously consented to devote
some time to help and guide victims of fraud on possible resolution once
or twice a month, depending on the response. So don't miss this
opportunity.
The first session is on Thursday, 11 January between 4-6pm.

- Many of you are eagerly awaiting the resumption of our
regular counselling session. You can now book appointments to consult Mr
Shirish Shanbhag, on housing society and property related matters, or
Mr Abhay Datar on banking, insurance, mediclaim and consumer related
matters by calling the same numbers. Counseling is strictly on an
appointment basis and interested members are advised to call in advance
to book their slot.

for all of us, Mr Shanbhag has fully recovered from a brief illness
that hampered his usually swift response to your queries on the Legal Helpline.
He's now back in action. But remember, the helpline is already a huge
repository of knowledge and advice for housing society and property

online as a response to similar issues - you can save a lot of time and
effort by running through past queries before posting new ones. |
