Protection of Investors From Unsolicited Commercial Communications

Please take note of the following steps to protect yourself utilising telecommunications resources:
 
1. Reporting Spam or Commercial Communication
If you receive spam or unwanted commercial communication, you can file a complaint through any of the following methods:
Use your Telecom Service Providers App/Website
Utilize the TRAI DND App
Call or SMS to 1909
 
2. Reporting Suspected Fraudulent Communication
If you come across any communication that seems suspicious or fraudulent, you can report it using the "Chakshu Platform" of the Department of Telecommunications (DoT).
 
3. In Case of a Fraud Incident
If you have already fallen victim to fraud, please report the incident immediately:
 
Call the Cyber Crime Helpline at 1930
Report on the Cyber Crime Website.
